Serenity comprises five buildings with a total of 28 spacious luxury suites with private balconies. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans.
We are literally 2 minutes walking distance from the campus of the Medical University of the Americas thus eliminating the need to purchase a vehicle. Taxi service can be arranged through our office at a reduced cost.
All our units are equipped with its own full size washer and dryer, free high speed internet, free cable TV, free cooking gas, free water supply. We offer 24-hour free maintenance as well as spacious convenient parking if required.
For an additional peace of mind, we offer 24-hour surveillance system with periodical nightly security patrol.
There’s a backup generator that will automatically starts within 5 seconds of electricity power failure. Tenants are responsible for the cost of their own electricity consumption. All units are individually metered.
